Elisabetta was born in Italy. She trained at The Place and Laban and her performance credits include Transitions Dance Company, Bare Bones, Frantic Assembly, Retina Dance Company, Protein Dance, William Tuckett, Hofesh Shechter, Kim Brandstrup, Russell Maliphant Company, Sarah Dowling and Stephanie Schober. As part of the Jerwood Changing Stages Choreolab she worked with Akram Khan. Elisabetta is rehearsal director for Bare Bones and Russell Maliphant Company and has worked as an assistant to Russell Maliphant and Kim Brandstrup. She is a qualified Sports and Remedial massage therapist.
